We ship Australia-wide from our Australian warehouse. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location, and you'll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.

Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to return unused products in their original packaging for a refund or exchange — just contact us first so we can help. If your product arrives faulty or stops working as it should, you're covered under Australian Consumer Law, and we'll repair, replace, or refund it.
