Will these products hurt my dog?

No. Every product we sell is 100% shock-free. Our collars use beep and vibration only; our handheld and automatic devices use ultrasound, which dogs find unpleasant but which involves no pain and no contact.

How does ultrasonic bark control work?

The device emits a high-frequency sound when barking is detected (or when you press the button on handheld models). Dogs hear it and find it annoying, which interrupts the barking. Pair it with a firm "No" and reward quiet behaviour.

How long until I see results?

Every dog is different. Many owners report improvement within the first week of consistent use, but stubborn barkers can take longer. These are training aids, not instant fixes.

Are the collars suitable for small dogs?

Our vibration collars are lightweight and suit small to medium dogs. Make sure you can fit two fingers between the collar and your dog's neck for a safe, comfortable fit.

Are the products waterproof?

The color-screen collar is rated IP67 — rain and splashes are fine, but don't submerge it deliberately. Handheld trainers are not waterproof, so keep them dry.

How do I charge them?

All products recharge via USB Type-C. A full charge takes around 1–2 hours.

Do you ship to my area?

We ship Australia-wide, including PO boxes where couriers allow.

What if my product stops working?

Contact us with your order number — faulty products are covered under Australian Consumer Law, and we'll repair, replace, or refund.
